The transport and logistics company rented warehouse space in the area of the village of Severovo, Podolsky district.
The transport group FESCO rented warehouse and office premises in the Podolsk district of the Moscow region, reports the press service of the Skladium company, which acted as a consultant to the deal.
The company was looking for a quality warehouse in close proximity to the base container terminal at the Silikatnaya station for cross-docking, custody and handling of group age cargo. Following the consideration of several options in the south of the Moscow region, FESCO opted for a class B + warehouse in the area of the village of Severovo, Podolsky District.
“Requests for warehouses of less than 5,000 square meters are now in demand not only among small and medium-sized businesses, but also among large transport, logistics companies, and federal retailers,” notes Skladium senior consultant Andrei Seleznev.
- Many companies optimize warehouse space, looking for new effective solutions. At the same time, not all existing proposals meet modern quality requirements. An important factor is the location, most tenants consider objects within 30 km from the Moscow Ring Road. The new warehouse leased by FESCO complies with class B +, located 20 km from Moscow and fully meets the key requirements of our client. ”
It is worth noting that this is not the first experience of cooperation between companies; previously, the consultants of the ILM office department helped the transport group select the building to house the FESCO head office in Moscow.
