History

ILM was founded in 2008 by Andrei Lukashev and Dmitry Myslin in order to make the real estate market transparent and comfortable for all participants. The first team consisted of five people. The main specialization of steel services to corporate clients to find a new office space and renegotiate the terms of the lease agreement.

On April 14, the Luxury Residential Real Estate Department was formed and the service gethome.ru was launched - a convenient online tool for searching and selecting elite residential real estate in Russia and abroad.

On June 1, 2015, a new division for working with foreign partners appeared in the Office Real Estate Department - Tennant Rep.

On July 29, the Department of Warehouse and Industrial Real Estate was established in ILM.

On August 19, a unique commercial real estate platform was created. There was a useful service AmoLab - online analytics for owners.

On September 7, the Retail Property Department and the Valuation and Consulting Department were formed. 

In 2015, ILM launches a service to quickly search warehouse and industrial real estate Skladium.ru. The database of objects at that time included over 4000 warehouses in 115 cities of Russia.

Since 2017, ILM has launched its own conference - the Congress of Logistics Operators (a project of the Department of warehouse and industrial real estate). About 250 people took part in the first KLO. 

The company expanded its portfolio of services and the Department of Real Estate Management was created.

ILM launches Inv.estate property investment service

The Department of  Luxury Residential Real Estate issues the first catalog Premium Real Estate in Moscow - gethome. 

A branch office was opened in St. Petersburg.

ILM has become a member of the German Chamber of Commerce and Industry, as well as a member of the Russian Guild of Managing Developers (RGUD)

The company's portfolio has been replenished with a new department - sales and acquisitions.  

Launched a new service rent apartments PrimeHost.

October 11, 2018 launched its own media project magazine ILMagazine.
