In Moscow, there are 111 coworkings with an average area of 1,500 square meters. The total offer of offices of this format in Moscow is 130,000 sq. m.. m. It will gain more and more popularity: for many companies it is the most economically advantageous option of using office space. In 2018 alone, more than 3,000 companies, according to her data, were looking for such offices for their start-ups, while the number of early termination of short-term contracts (11 months) by tenants increased almost 2 times compared to last year.
