In Moscow shopping centers, the vacancy rate is rapidly decreasing. By the end of the year, the indicator may reach the pre-crisis level of 2014.
Due to the lack of free space in good shopping centers in Moscow, the rates on them can grow to 5% by the end of the year, predicts ILM director of the retail real estate department, Yegor Levchenko. At the same time, the gap between popular shopping centers and small local ones is widening. Levchenko argues that shopping centers in residential areas lose tenants, and rates for the year may decrease by 2-3%.
