Tenant activity is maintained. According to the results of the 1st quarter of 2019, the total net absorption amounted to 118 sq. m. However, this is 41% less than last year, since the relocation of most companies is still due to the desire to optimize rental costs or improve the quality of the office occupied.
Given the minimum supply of large high-quality office space, tenants are increasingly paying attention to objects in the area of the TTC.
In the conditions of low rates of new construction, net absorption will continue the positive trend, additional vacant areas in the most demanded objects and locations will continue to be “washed out” by the market.
