In the first nine months, the figure was 463 thousand sq.m., which is comparable with the volume for the same period last year. Q3 retained positive volumes of net absorption. However, compared with the previous quarters, the rate of absorption in the last three months decreased by 58% compared to Q1 and 66% compared to Q2.
The largest amount of net absorption both for the entire period of 9 months, and for each quarter separately, is recorded in objects of class B +. Due to a considerable number of transactions, the total net absorption for the three quarters by the end of September amounted to 328 thousand sq.m.
