In class A, the average level of the requested base rental rates continued to grow and reached 27,000 rubles by the end of june for the sq. m per year. Relative to the end of last year, the average rates here increased by 3%.

In class B +, the rise in rental prices at the beginning of the year did not continue in the second quarter. Over the last three months, the average level of the requested base rental rates for offices of this class decreased by 3% and amounted to 16,600 rubles for the sq. m per year.
