In class A objects, the average level of the requested base rental rates during the quarter increased by 3% and reached 26,500 rubles by the end of September for the sq.m. per year. Compared with the end of last year, the average rates here increased by 6%.

In class B +, the growth of average rental rates of the first half of the year in Q3 did not continue, rates here remained unchanged, namely 16,600 rubles for the sq.m. per year.

In class B, the increase in the cost of rent over the last three months was 6%, and the average level of the requested base rental rates reached 14,800 rubles for the sq.m. per year.
