The average rental rates in ruble
equivalent during the quarter remained at
the level of the end of 2016. In Class A, the
average level of the requested base rental
rates in March was 25,500 rubles for the
sq. m per year, for class B +,16,000 rubles
for the sq. m per year. A slight drop in the
average level of rates was noted in class
B-. During the quarter, the decline was
about 4%.
