Average asking base rates as for the 1 september 2016.*

Within two months, the average level of the requested base rental rates in ruble equivalent for class A premises decreased by 12.5%. In objects of class B + / B- the level of the average requested rental rates has not changed. Further development of the trend for the formation the market operating in the Russian currency continues.
