The delivery of new office space in the first half of 2016 continued to be оn the decline having contracted bу half compared to the same period last year creating another record of low (new) supply for the period of six months during the last 10 years. The largest additions to the market in Q2 were the first phase of G10 Business Park (30 000 sq.m of office space) and the second phase of Otradnoye Business Center (25 300 sq.m of office space).
