The total number of square meters of new
office space added to the market in 2016 was
350,000 sm representing less than a half of
the new supply compared to 2015 which is
the record lowest supply for the last 10
years. Becuase of the abscence of available
dedt financing at reasonable terms and
postponement of the new projects, in the
next 24 months the office market will be
saturated by those projects that were
planned for delivery in 2015–2016.
