NUMBER OF SQUARE METERS DELIVERED IN Q1-Q2 2019.

Despite the fact that some projects for later periods, the first half of the year showed an increase in the pace of new construction of office centers in Moscow. According to the
results of two quarters, 104 thousand sq. m were commissioned of office space, which is two times higher than last year.

In the 2nd quarter, the A-class business center, Iskra-Park, with an office area of about 58,000 sq. m, became the highest demand on the market. The office building as part of the Sky House MFC and the final reconstruction of the RTS Seligerskaya business center.

Compared with last year in 2019, the volume of new construction will increase. Declared about 500 thousand sq. m against 142 thousand sq. m in 2018.
