The growth rate of new supply for the three quarters continues to reflect the deficit of new facilities entering the Moscow real estate market.
In the first nine months of 2018, 94 thousand sq.m. of office space were commissioned, which is 37% less than last year.
In the Q3, 3 office objects were put into operation: the Novion multifunctional complex (with an office area of 21 thousand sq. m), 4 and 5 buildings of the office part of the Arena Park city quarter (with an office area of 5.7 and 7 thousand sq. m), as well as 14 and 17 buildings of the first phase of the Rassvet business quarter (with an office area of 4.5 thousand sq.m.)
Until the end of the year, there will be about 100 thousand sq. m of new proposals. Thus, the total amount of new construction for the entire 2018 will show the minimum values and will not exceed 200 thousand sq.m., which again will update the anti-record among similar values of the past 15 years in the Moscow office real estate market.
