Vacancy rates as of the end of Q2 2016.

There are approx. 3.2 million of square meters of vacant space still availaЫe in the Moscow office market. The decline of net absorption in Q2 2016 has led to an increase in vacancy rates compared to the end of Ql 2016. As of June 2016 the vacancy rates across all building classes has risen Ьу 0.7 points. The overall vacancy rate for Н1 2016 has, however, decreased Ьу 0.2 points.
