VACANCY RATES AS OF THE END OF Q2 2019.
The effect of the delayed release of space, as well as the increased growth rate of new construction, led to an increase in the level of vacant space. According to the results of the 2nd quarter, the share of unoccupied premises increased by 0.3 percentage points compared with the previous quarter and co-put 8.9% on average in
the market.
The introduction of a large new facility and the entry into the market of vacant premises affected the increase in vacant areas in class A facilities. Over the course of the second quarter, the indicator increased by 0.4 percentage points. In class B +, due to the commissioning of new facilities in the past three months, the level of vacant offices increased by 0.4 percentage points.
If we talk about semi-annual dynamics, compared to the end of last year, the level of vacant areas, on average, in all classes decreased by 0.2 percentage points.
