The total area of ​​the new tenant, who became a resident of the warehouse complex United Europe Holding, was 2,100 sq.m.

The Russian company, which has been working in the beauty industry for over 10 years and specializes in the development of professional cosmetics for nails and eyelashes, has become a tenant. The geography of the company: Russia, CIS countries and Western Europe, a network of regional offices located in more than 330 cities. The head office of the tenant is located in the south-west of Moscow and an important requirement was to find a quality Class A warehouse near the Moscow Ring Road, along Kievskoye Highway. The consultant of the transaction was the company ILM.
