October 11, 2018 at the Grand Marriott Hotel ILM celebrated its ninetieth birthday. ILM is a young Russian company that has achieved impressive results and has become one of the leaders in the real estate market in Moscow. In just 9 years, the company has grown both in the number of departments and in the number of employees. Now the Moscow office has more than 150 people. The company has a large affiliate network around the world. At the evening event there was a presentation of a new painting by Nikas Safronov, which was created as a replica of the famous work of Memling Hans. This triptych, which is called “The Last Judgment”, two works are in the house of the artist, and the central part of the triptych was rewritten and created as original work and presented in the Grand Marriot hotel. This picture, soon, will be put up for auction. Proceeds from the sale will be listed to help children with disabilities, from low-income families who are engaged in painting. Also on the site of the Grand Marriott the guests of the event were presented the exhibition of the best works of the artist.  The culmination of the evening was the presentation of the new glossy business publication ILMagazine, which will become not only the navigator of the real estate market, but also a high-quality publication, publishing exclusive interviews, articles on advanced technologies, business cases, news of culture, sports and much more. The magazine will be distributed free of charge in Moscow-City, in business centers of class A, B +, in the network of large hotels and restaurants, on the sides of business aviation. Partners of the magazine were Safmar Plaza Hotel Holding and RESTartVasilchukBrothers Restaurant Holding.
