Sberbank is negotiating the lease of space in the Poklonka Place business center, located on Poklonnaya Street in the west of Moscow, representatives of three consulting companies told RBC and confirmed a source close to Sberbank's top management. According to them, the bank began to search for an office area of 20 thousand sq.m. at the end of May 2017, and about a month ago the decision was made in favor of Poklonka Place.
The exclusive business center leasing brokers are consulting companies JLL and ILM.
If the transaction takes place, it can become the largest office rental market since 2015, when Adidas leased 20.6 sq.m. in the business center Krylatsky hills. The largest transaction in the entire history of the office market in Russia also belongs to Sberbank, which rented 56 thousand sq.m. in the business center South Port in 2008.
