ILM brought the first tenant to Catoire

The first tenant of the new warehouse complex "Catoire" was the company "MaitolRUS", says the press service of the online service Skladium.ru of the company ILM, which is the exclusive broker of the warehouse complex.

The company "MaitolRUS", specializing in the production of power tools, rented a room of 1.5 thousand sq.m.

The complex class B +, "Catuar", is located 22 km from the Moscow Ring Road on Dmitrovskoye Highway and was put into operation in the first quarter of 2018.
