ILM has picked up a loft for the company Redday

The Russian event operator, Redday, rented an office space with a total area of ​​325.17 sq.m. in the business center "Novoslobodsky". The consultants of the transaction were specialists of the online service AMO.RU, owned by ILM, the press service of the company said.

Ksenia Kharkevich, director of the department of office real estate at ILM: “Redday needed to find an atmospheric workspace corresponding to the company's image in one of the modern loft clusters. The client contacted AMO.RU in December 2017, having planned the move at the end of the summer. The task was not easy - to fulfill all the wishes of the customer, without going beyond the budget. Thanks to detailed market analysis, which includes several solutions: loft clusters, a business center with the possibility of redesigning the office for a loft, and art clusters with good locations, we were able to find the ideal option. ”
