The warehouse market of Novosibirsk is less saturated with supply than the retail or office real estate market; therefore, there are not so many options for potential tenants. We work with warehouses in 90 cities of Russia, so we promptly provided the client with information on the facility, which was soon to be released. Negotiations were conducted between Vladivostok, Moscow and Novosibirsk. Quickly come to a consensus did not prevent neither distance nor time difference.
