2014 will be a record year for the delivery of office space

According to ILM analysts, in the third quarter of 2014, the total supply of quality office space in Moscow reached 16.5 million sq.m. The largest supply of vacant premises is observed in objects of class A, where the indicator has reached 24.5%, which exceeds the level of crisis values ​​of 2008-2009.

In the third quarter of 2014, 452 000 sq. m. of office space was delivered in the Moscow office real estate market. In the first nine months of 2014, a total of 966 000 sq. m, which exceeds the volume of new construction for the same period of 2013 more than doubled.
