On December 11, in the Radisson Royal Hotel Moscow, the winners of the Russian Coworking Awards received their well-deserved awards, and ILM managing partner Andrei Lukashev became a jury member. The mission of the award is to take the coworking segment to a new level, define its standards, and most importantly give impetus to further development.
About 80 applications were received for participation in 15 categories from coworkings from Moscow, Moscow Region, St. Petersburg, Kazan and Samara. The award was held with the support of the Government of the Moscow Region and the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation.
The award of the award was carried out in two stages. At the first stage, the finalists were determined by the jury members, then the winners were selected by in-person voting. The jury was headed by Natalya Krylova, director of real estate department at Social Discovery Ventures, CEO of SDV Coworking Space (OraculeTang Space). The jury consisted of experts from such companies as Colliers, Knight Frank, EY, JLL, ILM, SA Ricci, CBRE, Cushman & Wakefield, PPF Real Estate Russia, architectural bureau MegaBudka, Blank Architects, Q1 Group and not only. Nadezhda Karisalova, Deputy Minister of Investments and Innovations of the Moscow Region and Olesya Teterina, Deputy Director of the Department for SME Development and Competition of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation also took part in the voting. Thus, the evaluation of projects was as versatile and objective as possible.
The prize was presented in 15 nominations. In the nomination “Best Event-platform”, the winner was the Coworking “Ohta LAB” (St. Petersburg). The victory in the nomination “The best agile-space” went to “Coworking 14” (Moscow). In the category “Best Service”, the unconditional victory was gained by the network of premium business spaces “Meeting Point” (Moscow). The best communication platform was the co-working “Grow up” (Kazan). The winner in the nomination "The Best Social Project" became the co-working network "Mom Works" (All-Russian Network). The victory in the nomination "The best infrastructure" went to the co-working "Telegraph by Rent 24" (Moscow). Co-working «Pract. Bertgold Center "(St. Petersburg) won in the nomination" The best technological solutions. " The victory in the nomination "The Best Design and Architectural Solution" went to the network of Kluyk covorkings (Moscow).In the nomination “MEGA-network (Regions)”, the “Start” coworking network (Moscow region) won. Regus (All-Russian Network) won the nomination "MEGA-network (Moscow)". The network of business-class coworking “CEO Rooms” (Moscow) won in the nomination “Project of the Year in the category“ Business ”. The project of the year in the Premium category was the Cabinet Office of the Cabinet Lounge (Moscow). The “Premiere of the Year” went to the Sok coworking network (Moscow). Special attention should be paid to the nomination "RCA Person". Among the finalists were Maria Bokova, Cabinet Lounge Executive Director, Cabinet Lounge, Mikhail Komarov, Workstation co-founder, Ramil Mukhtasarov, co-founder of Starting co-working network, Pavel Fedorov, managing partner of Kovorking co-working network, Tatiana Sharaeva, Managing Partner of Meeting Point Premium Coworking Network and Gurgen Shekoyan, CEO & Founder CEO ROOMS.
Voting was carried out directly at the ceremony itself. During the evening, all the guests voted and chose the face of the co-working segment of Russia in 2018. The result of the vote was the victory of Tatiana Sharaeva in the nomination "RCA Person".
The PROEstate Events team implemented a lot of events dedicated to the topic of new real estate formats: from property tours on the best co-working platforms in Moscow and London to the All-Russian coworking catalog, from discussions and conferences to the thematic cluster on the PROESTATE forum. The end of 2018 marked a new but so important event for the market as the Russian Coworking Awards. The award became a logical continuation of all the work done and opened a new chapter for coworkings throughout Russia.
