ILM has become the exclusive consultant for one of the units in the Newton Business Center in Nagitino i-Land, the ILM press service reports.
The total area of the building is 35,573 square meters. The Newton Business Center is located on Andropov Avenue, 18/1, not far from the Avtozavodskaya and Tekhnopark metro stations. The building was built in 2010, it has 20 floors and belongs to the class B +. In the business center are located: a notary's office, a beauty salon, an ATM, a canteen and a bank branch.
