Russian Helicopters, one of the world leaders in the helicopter industry in Russia, has expanded its main office by entering into a lease agreement for additional office premises of 4,925 sq. m in business centers on the street Presnensky Val, 14 and street Rochdelskaya, 15.

The need to rent additional office space was due to the active development of the company. The transaction advisor was ILM.

The Belarusian developer of computer games Wargaming, in particular, the developer of the game World of Tanks, opened a representative office in Moscow, reports ILM, the consultant of the deal.

IT company rented 430 sq.m. in the business center "Nagatino i-land" in the south of the capital.

Logistics company Major Terminal occupied on a long-term basis over 2 000 sq.m. in a new class A warehouse complex in Novosibirsk. It is reported by the press service of the company ILM (project Skladium.ru), which acted as a consultant to the deal.

The American pharmaceutical company Pharmaceutical Product Development (PPD) leased 1.1 thousand sq.m. in the Kristall business park in the south of Moscow, the transaction consultant ILM said.

"The company is engaged in pharmaceutical research, and in addition to office space, it needed a warehouse for storing drugs," it says.

Class B + business park Crystal with a total area of 44.7 thousand sq.m. is located next to the Bitsevskiy Park.

A large Russian company specializing in express delivery of documents and cargo leased a 6,000 sq. m. of a warehouse, the press service of Skladium.ru reports.

Plus Bank rented an office in the Aquamarine III business center in the center of Moscow, the press service of ILM, which acted as a consultant for the deal, reports.

The credit organization occupied about 1 000 sq.m. on the 1st and 2nd floors of the building. It is expected that on the ground floor Plus Bank will open a client office, on the second - a corporate one.

In the Moscow Silk business district, located on Savvinskaya Embankment in Moscow, 1 242 sq. m of office space were leased. The tenants of the complex are the creative agencies PRT Edelman Affiliate, IZMENI SOZNANIE and ARS Communications. The consultant of the transaction was the company ILM.

The leading Russian manufacturer of electric locomotives and wagons, Transmashholding, took a long-term lease from AEON Corporation at a business center in Khamovniki.
