Sberbank-Technologies Closed Joint-Stock Company, a Russian IT company 100% owned by Sberbank of Russia, leased an office space of 1,647 sq. M. in the business center "Chaika Plaza X", Phase I. ILM company acted as a consultant of the transaction.
The need to rent an office was due to the growing business needs of the company. The business center "Chaika Plaza X" fully satisfied the needs of the company.
Business Center "Chaika Plaza X" is a new high-class office complex consisting of two phases with a total area of 54,000 sq. M. The complex is located a 10-minute walk from the Tulskaya metro station near the Third Transport Ring, Varshavskoe highway and Novodanilovskaya embankment.
