ILM has implemented office space in the business center on the street Avtozavodskaya

ICN Group - the parent company, whose key professional competence is an integrated approach in the construction and operation of various facilities, has entered into a long-term lease of office space in the Avtozavodsky business center. The new office of ICN Group will occupy a premise of 2,800 sq. m. The consultant of the transaction was the company ILM.

Renting a new office was due to the need to consolidate all divisions and structures of the company, which will optimize its operations and take into account the growing business needs.

«Business center Avtozavodsky was appreciated by ICN Group due to its convenient pedestrian and transport accessibility, the presence of spacious parking and a separate entrance. As part of the business center, the tenant will be able to create their own “chamber” atmosphere,» notes Svetlana Yablochkina, senior consultant at ILM.
