Photo Studio of the company Lamoda moved into the factory named after Vladimir Ilyich. The selected space was made in the style of a loft, which is a vivid example of modern fashion trends in the design of the working space.

Lamoda has been looking for a new room for her photo studio for a long time. The deal was arranged by ILM, a company specializing in commercial real estate. The main requirements were good lighting, high ceilings, plenty of space, and good transport accessibility.

As a result, space of 1,563 sq.m. was chosen in the building of the former factory named after Vladimir Ilyich, located near the Garden Ring (Serpukhovskaya metro station) at Partiyniy Lane, 1. This is an atmospheric loft-style complex that attracts the attention of many companies dreaming of a new office.

Companies that are looking for warm, creative atmosphere for a free, positive work can find it in the neat buildings and courtyards of the former factory. The atmosphere in the territory remains Soviet-style romantic and creative. In such buildings you want to be creative and create the most relevant and fashionable things.

Despite the apparent compactness, the total rentable area of the business center is 100,000 sq. m. office and warehouse space. In the open-plan buildings with high ceilings and the maximum of space and light, old and new finishing materials coexist.

Do you still think that such business centers are old-fashioned?

Then, perhaps, you will be convinced by the existing open and covered parking, dining rooms and cafes. In the neighborhood of the Business Center there are also supermarkets, shops of various classes of products and even Teatrium on Serpukhovskaya.

It should be noted that most of the lofts are located on the territory of the former Soviet factories within the city center, for this reason they are distinguished by excellent transport and pedestrian accessibility and infrastructure, providing such offices with attractiveness for employees and managers. On the territory of such quarters, all the internal and external design literally calls for the creation of a free, positive and warm atmosphere that helps maximize the potential of employees and set guests on a positive vibe.

The premises of such business districts with a rich history and modern infrastructure will allow tenants to reconsider the very concept of a modern office, where boring white walls and low ceilings do not necessarily have to be. And Lamoda, as a trendsetter, has already followed a new office trend.
