A major tenant came to the business center Novosuschevsky

On the commercial real estate market in Moscow, a major deal was made by ILM specialists. The new tenant in the business center "Novosuschevsky" became the company "TT-Holding", operating under the brand TalentTech and part of the group of companies "Sevegrupp". The transaction took place within six months. The volume of rental space was 2600 sq.m.   

“The main requirements of the client are proximity to the head office of PAO Severstal, which is located in Moscow at the address: Klara Zetkin st. 2. Also one of the conditions was the possibility of expanding office space. The premises should be renovated and furnished, ”said Artem Nevolko, director of the office real estate department at ILM.
