After a significant decrease in the pace of new construction in 2011-2013, starting in 2014, there has been an increase in the supply of loft buildings. In 2014, 68 thousand sq. M. m of such space for the first 3 quarters of this year - 54 thousand square meters. After the reconstruction was completed, such large objects were introduced as: the first phase of the Bolshevik business center, the new buildings of 19 and 4-5 of the Arma business quarter, the Demidov business center on the territory of the Krasnaya Roza 1875 business quarter ".
