ILM placed the first tenant in the warehouse complex "VNUKOVO LOGISTIC"

ILM sold the first 7,000 sq. M. warehouse space in a modern warehouse complex «Vnukovo Logistic». One of the largest companies operating in the production and distribution of women's underwear and hosiery products has become the tenant of the premises.

«Vnukovo Logistic» is a new class «A» warehouse complex consisting of 6 buildings with a total area of ​​60,000 sq. M. and located 18 km from the Moscow MKAD between two strategically important highways: Kiev and Minsk highway, near Vnukovo International Airport.

«The construction works are approaching final completion and the commissioning acts of the first four buildings of the complex have already been received, which has a positive effect on the attractiveness of the project. In addition, the project developer implemented a unique and today rare technical solution within the warehouse complex: cross-docking. The location of the loading and unloading gates on both sides of the building is ideal for companies with high turnover, as it allows you to significantly increase the speed of processing goods», says Mikhail Agarunov, head of warehouse real estate at ILM.
