PSN Group sells to Stone Hedge the plot near the Belarusskiy station

Dmitry Ananyev's holding is negotiating with a development company to sell the site on the 1st street of the Yamskoye Pole, according to Vedomosti. This territory is quite suitable for locating a business center, a hotel or an apartment complex with an area of up to 30 thousand square meters. Representatives of the parties confirmed the fact of negotiations without specifying the date of the proposed closure and the amount of the transaction.

ILM partner Andrei Lukashev estimated the cost of the site at 1 billion rubles. In his opinion, the construction of the facility will require another 3 billion rubles.
