In the new business center of class A "Melnikoff House" lease agreements were signed with the first tenants. Alfa-Bank entered into a lease agreement for the entire 3rd floor of a business center with an area of about 2,600 square meters. In addition, lease agreements have been concluded with the Food Operator Fresh Cafe and the Healthy Food Cafe.
Project consultants are ILM and CBRE. The transaction management was carried out by ILM. In October, Melnikoff House was put into operation, the works on decorating common areas and landscaping of the adjacent territory were officially completed.
The business center is located in the center of Moscow within the Third Transport Ring, on Olkhovskaya Street, ow. 4, 10 minutes walk from the Komsomolskaya, Baumanskaya and Krasnoselskaya metro stations. The total area of the business center is 19,030 sq.m., including underground parking with car wash. The average floor area is 2,500 square meters. Office space is offered for rent in blocks of 600 sq.m in a state of "under the finish" and with the possibility of finishing under the tenant.
Other potential clients of the business center include companies in the transport-railway sector and other diversified companies seeking to select a quality office in the Central Administrative District, within walking distance from several metro stations.
