A nine-storey building with underground parking with a total area of ​​18,840 sq.m and a rentable area of ​​15,388 sq.m. ILM company acted as the exclusive consultant of the seller.

The business park is located 3 minutes walk from the metro station «Akademika Yangel street», consists of 3 buildings with underground and surface parking, has a modern engineering infrastructure and was built and put into operation from 2009 to 2013.
