September 20-22, in the «Crocus Expo» IEC in Hall 13 of Pavilion 3, the annual international exhibition of warehouse equipment and systems, material handling equipment and warehouse automation equipment will be held, bringing together leading players in the market of warehouse equipment and real estate.

On September 28-30, the annual «BuyBrand» international exhibition of franchises will be held in Moscow, bringing together investors and entrepreneurs of the country under one roof.

In just two and a half years, the market of high-quality office premises in the loft style in Moscow due to the reconstruction of large objects and the construction of new projects has grown significantly and amounted to 172,500 square meters. In 2014, 67,800 sq. m.  of office space, and in 2015 - 75,800 sq. m. The volume of office space expected to be commissioned before the end of 2016 is planned at 28,900 sq. m. 

On September 21, 2017, the international law firm Noerr and the magazine Legal Insight held a business breakfast on the topic: “Lease of commercial real estate: rate on increase”, gathered more than 50 lawyers from major Russian and foreign companies in the retail, development, industrial production, etc.

Perhaps, lately, this is the most frequently asked question for our company consultants. Everyone is worried about the instability of the Russian economy and its dependence on the political situation, which has an impact on all spheres of life. Does the increase in the exchange rate affect the rental rate? Of course. Another question is how important it is.
